How often should I drink hydrogen water? There’s no universal guideline, but many users drink 1-3 servings (about 500-1500 mL) daily to support hydration and health. Hydrogen water is not a replacement for a balanced diet or other wellness practices.
-
Can I use any type of water in a hydrogen water bottle? Most hydrogen water bottles work best with purified or distilled water, as minerals and impurities in tap water can interfere with the electrolysis process. Although we supply carbon filters with our bottle, we encourage to use purified or mineral water for the best results!
-
Are there any side effects of drinking hydrogen water?Hydrogen water is generally well-tolerated, and no adverse side effects have been widely reported. However, people with certain medical conditions or those taking specific medications should consult their healthcare provider before starting new health practices.
-
How long does hydrogen stay in the water?Hydrogen gas is very light and diffuses quickly. Typically, it will remain dissolved in water for 30 minutes to a few hours, depending on the container's seal. It’s best to consume hydrogen water shortly after it’s produced to maximize its benefits. Our bottle will retain the hydrogen molecules for up to 3 hours.
-
Are hydrogen water bottles worth the investment? If you're interested in the potential health benefits of hydrogen water and want a convenient way to access it daily, a hydrogen water bottle could be a worthwhile purchase. High-quality bottles may seem expensive upfront, but they eliminate the need to buy pre-bottled hydrogen water, which can be costlier over time.
-
Does the bottle come ready to use?No, it doesn't. First, make sure you remove the protective cover on the electrolysis system, on the inside of the bottle. Before use, clean the inside of your bottle with warm soapy water. Fill the bottle with warm water and let soak for 30 minutes before turning on. Turning on the system without water will burn and damage the bottle. To avoid damaging the computer board, circuit board and other electronic components, do not soak the outside of the bottle base. After soaking the system for 30 minutes, run the 3 minute cycle then pour out the water. Repeat 2 more times. Your bottle is now ready to use!

What is hydrogen water?Hydrogen water is water that has been infused with molecular hydrogen (Hâ‚‚) gas. This is different from regular water, which naturally contains Hâ‚‚O molecules but not free hydrogen gas. Molecular hydrogen is thought to act as an antioxidant, potentially reducing oxidative stress in the body.
-
What is molecular hydrogen?Molecular hydrogen (Hâ‚‚) is the smallest and lightest molecule in the universe, made up of two hydrogen atoms bonded together. In the context of health and wellness, molecular hydrogen is known for its antioxidant properties. When infused in water, it can help neutralize harmful free radicals in your body, reducing oxidative stress and potentially offering health benefits like improved energy, reduced inflammation, and better recovery. So, when you hear about hydrogen water, it's all about adding molecular hydrogen (Hâ‚‚) to your drink for a wellness boost!
-
Is the bottle dishwasher safe? No, it's not. Please wash the clear body and the lid with warm water and dish soap by hand. Don't submerge the electrolysis base generator in water to avoid damaging the battery, circuit board, and other electronic components.
-
Does hydrogen water have a taste? No, hydrogen water tastes just like regular water. The addition of molecular hydrogen doesn’t change the flavor, color, or odor of the water.
-
How does a hydrogen water bottle work?A hydrogen water bottle uses an electrolysis process to dissolve hydrogen gas into water. It typically has an electrolytic plate that splits water molecules, releasing free hydrogen gas into the water. This process usually takes a few minutes and is powered by a rechargeable battery.
